Once the products are delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges due to the digital dissemination of active licensing codes. All sales of licenses are final.

If the activation/license key has not yet been recovered from our system, you can ask for a refund. However, there won’t be any refunds if the license key or activation has already been used. Before obtaining the activation/license key, please make sure the software is compatible with your system.
